Meet Trudy Towns

Trudy Towns is the founder and driving force behind ImpactCultivate Consulting, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Trudy has built a reputation for helping organizations transform their employee experience and leadership capabilities. Her extensive expertise spans employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational culture development. Trudy holds multiple Human Resources and business certifications including Lean Six Sigma and the International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation, and is known for her ability to provide strategic, impactful solutions that foster a people-first culture.

As a skilled facilitator of Everything DiSC, Trudy equips teams to strengthen communication skills and build stronger interpersonal relationships. Throughout her career, Trudy has led Human Resource initiatives for both small businesses and large organizations, helping them to enhance employee engagement, build leadership strength, and ultimately drive business success.
